This site is a tribute to Joyce Southgate. Beloved wife of Albert with over 64 years married. Amazing Mum to Tracey and Nicola and the best Nan ever to Mark, Hannah, Craig, Tommy, Adam and Britta. Joyce was a member of Ipswich ladies Bowls & Bridge club and dedicated Almoner  for them too . She was a season ticket holder at Ipswich Town where she attended regularly with Albert. Before moving to Ipswich 19 years ago , Joyce was born, bought up and worked as a NHS maternity nurse for 34 years in Canterbury Kent, a role she loved.
